Collection: The Garden Of Recollection

The Garden of Recollection is a contemplative jewellery collection inspired by the Sekar Jagad batik motif, a pattern often understood as a map of flowers symbolising unity in diversity. Drawing on this idea, the collection becomes a poetic, wearable archive of memory — a place where cultural heritage and personal stories bloom side by side.

Each of the twelve pieces is handcrafted using filigree, an ancient technique where fine metal threads are twisted, compressed, formed and soldered into intricate, lace-like forms. The floral-inspired designs embody the softness of natural forms, the tenderness of inherited knowledge, and the quiet complexity of remembrance.

In a time marked by division and disconnection, The Garden of Recollection offers a symbolic space of gentle unity — an imaginary garden where difference is honoured and coexistence feels possible. Here, tradition evolves slowly and meaningfully, carried through material, gesture, and form — inviting the wearer to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
