Delivery & Shipping.

  • All orders placed through our online store would be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for the UK and through DHL express for EU and the rest of the world.

 

  • Please kindly check if your item is on stock, or made to order.

  • All ready stock items would be ready for collection/shipped within 2-4 working days, while made to order, will have a lead-times that can take up to 4-8 weeks (due to hallmark and other services).

 

  • If you are expecting a custom order please refer to the agreed delivery date. You can always contact us on hello@pusaka.co.uk for any urgent orders and we would do our best to accommodate.

  • Please note that any customs or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the customer's responsibility. Having said that, customs and taxes can also affect your delivery times.

 

  • Unfortunately, we won't be able to ship an order with a total value of over £4,000. Therefore, for this type of purchase, shipment will be strictly a collection only (In our UK studio).

 

  • Knowing that, make sure that when you place your order the total value of your items is not beyond £4000 as this will result in cancellation of the order, and we won't be able to give you a full refund as there's a non-refundable payment charge for payment gateway like PAYPAL.

  • Delivery charges are as follows:

  1. Collection - Free.

  2. UK Delivery - £  5.10- £10.40 (Royal Mail Signed).

  3. Europe EU - £34.95 - 45.95 (DHL Express).

  4. Europe non-EU - £36.95 - 49.95 (DHL Express.

  5. USA, Canada, Mexico - £37.95 - 55.95 (DHL Express).

  6. International - £49.95 - 78.95 (DHL Express).

Return & Exchange.

  • Each piece that leaves our workshop is an outcome of long hours and attention to details. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of the items being delivered to you or available for collection.

 

  • Providing that the goods are returned in perfect condition (unworn) with their original packaging and proof of purchase, we will be happy to give you either an exchange or a full refund by way of the original paying method.

  • The return cost will be the customer's responsibility unless there are agreements or discussions that taking place before in regards to returning.

  • Bespoke and custom-made pieces are considered as special orders that have been tailor-made to you. Because of this, these pieces can not be exchanged or returned and are non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us immediately as each piece is unique, so are the solutions. We would try our best to help you with your inquiry.

Repair Service.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive your items damaged, a free repair will be given for free as long as items are returned within 5 working days since you receive the package. The return cost is customer responsibility unless some arrangements are made and agreed before.

  • One time regular repair service is available for free for bespoke/made-to-order items and items above £ 90 (this is not included broken stones or damage filigree works, i.e. melt, crushed, etc.).

  • For items below £ 90, repair service cost will depend on the works required.

  • Reparation service only available for items bought from us either through our online shop or trade fair.
